The project "German Initiative for finding suppliers in the Countries of the Western Balkans" was launched in 2014 in Berlin as part of the Berlin Process with the aim of providing concrete and effective support to the countries of the Western Balkans in their efforts to strengthen their economy.

The goal of the regional B2B project is for German companies to find suppliers from sought-after industrial areas in Serbia and the countries of the Western Balkans. German companies are mainly interested in the sector of metal processing, automotive parts production, plastic processing and plastic parts production, as well as suppliers to the electrical industry.

On May 23, 2023, a meeting was held at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce for the ninth time in a row with the aim of giving domestic companies the opportunity to find partners. On this occasion, the companies Siemens and Tetra Pak provided a chance for cooperation.

Common to all participants of this meeting is the emphasis on the requirements of the new German Act on Due Diligence in Supply Chains. Responsible Business Hub, as an indispensable partner to the Serbian economy, was part of this event in cooperation with German partners.
