"Validation Workshop of the Study on Formal and Informal Complaint Mechanisms"

The International Labour Organization (ILO) is working on the preparation of a Manual for complaints mechanisms for all companies that want to improve their responsible operations in this way.

The workshop discussed the topic of the planned Manual and how best to prepare it.
