ILO Workshop „Handbook on Complaint Mechanisms“

The International Labour Organization (ILO) is working on the preparation of the Manual for Complaint Mechanisms for all companies that want to improve their responsible operations in this way.
Employers face the problem of a lack of quality workforce every day, one of the ways to attract and retain workers is to introduce an internal complaints mechanism to show the willingness and goodwill of the company to resolve all employee dissatisfaction to mutual satisfaction.
