After the Business round table was organized on March 21, a follow-up event as well - Political conference organized by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) together with the OSCE Mission in Serbia and Astra - Action against human trafficking, on March 22^nd, 2023 .

The conference aimed to improve and expand the discussion on business and human rights in Serbia, after the previous conference that was held in September 2021.

It is concluded that governments play a fundamental role in the economic shift towards a sustainable economy free from human exploitation. It is up to them to adopt laws and policies that protect supply chains and strengthen due diligence by actors in public and private sectors.

On this second day in Belgrade, we discussed the way Serbia fights human trafficking, the legislative and regulatory approaches presented by the representatives of the USA, Germany, Norway, and the Western Balkans, as well as multilateral and local initiatives.
